I pick up my camera to capture unique beauty of timeless moments

Ever since I heard the phrase "renaissance man", I have wanted to embody that as a woman. I believe that life is too short and the world is too big to settle on something just yet, so since graduating college in 2021 I have had the joy of traveling around and working seasonally - making lifelong friendships and experiencing incredible places I couldn't have imagined. I believe in authenticity, intentionality, redemption, and kindness, and this pours into my photography. I can't wait to connect with you!

My name is nine letters long, hence my online presence and photography brand, Nine Letters!

fave color

Biiiiiiiig green fan. Really any earth tones are my jam, but overall - any shade of green just really gets me going.

my camera

I have a few! My digital camera body is a Canon EOS Rebel T7i, and I use a range of lenses. My film camera is a classic Minolta Maxxum HTsi Plus, with a starter lens. My favorite though has to be my Polaroid One600 Ultra - but I have at least one of these everywhere I go!

fave place

For now, Grand Teton National Park. So many beautiful views, friendships, and memories in my traveling adventures started there!!! Otherwise, anywhere with a tent and people I love.

my hobbies

Other than photography, I love baking, cycling, hiking, running, painting, and so much more! I've painted several murals at home in the Midwest and hope to expand that work out here in Colorado as well. Ask me and I'll show ya what I've done!

fave restaurant

Mario's Pizza in Greenville, Illinois. This was the first place I ever worked at, starting as a dishwasher and ending as a server. The man and his family who started it all are from Sicily and I have to say... Best pizza and house dressing in the country!

my latest goals

These are always expanding! I've been dying to hike the PCT since early high school after reading "Wild" by Cheryl Strayed; attend a surf camp in Costa Rica; cycle across the U.S.; shoot more live music; see my family and friends more often!

fave movie

I've really been into watching niche movies lately. "The Darjeeling Limited" has been my favorite for awhile - and the latest movie that rocked me to my core was "We Need to Talk About Kevin".
